Motorcycle models, model years, swingarm designs, wheel hubs, axle sizes, brackets, aftermarket parts, regional versions, and owner modifications may vary.

Before purchasing or using any EZIMOTO product, you are responsible for checking and confirming:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZIMOTO is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, installation failure, product misuse, motorcycle damage, garage damage, fitment issues, additional labor costs, repair costs, or safety issues caused by incorrect product selection, incorrect measurements, modified motorcycles, incompatible parts, improper installation, improper use, unsafe conditions, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Safety and Use of Products

EZIMOTO products must be used carefully, responsibly, and only for their intended purpose.

You agree to:

• Read all product instructions, warnings, and manuals before use.
• Use products only on suitable, stable, level, dry, clean, and safe surfaces.
• Confirm that all parts are correctly installed, tightened, positioned, and secured before use.
• Check the motorcycle, stand, adapter, pins, wheels, contact points, cables, plugs, and product condition before every use.
• Never exceed product load ratings.
• Never use damaged, incomplete, modified, unstable, or questionable products.
• Keep children, pets, and bystanders away during installation and use.
• Stop using the product immediately if you notice abnormal movement, instability, noise, heat, smell, deformation, cracks, looseness, sparks, smoke, or damage.
• Seek professional assistance if you are unsure how to install, inspect, or use a product.

For motorcycle stands, you must not sit on, start, ride, rock, overload, or aggressively move a motorcycle while it is supported by a stand unless the product instructions expressly allow it.

For helmet dryers and electrical products, you must use the correct voltage, correct plug, safe power source, proper ventilation, and dry operating conditions. You must not block air outlets, expose electrical components to water, use damaged cables, modify the product, or leave unsafe conditions unattended.

Motorcycling, motorcycle maintenance, garage work, lifting, supporting, moving, heating, drying, and electrical product use involve inherent risks. You assume responsibility for safe installation, inspection, and use.

5. No Professional Advice

Information on our website, product pages, manuals, videos, emails, support messages, social media, advertisements, or packaging is provided for general informational purposes only.

It does not constitute professional mechanical, electrical, engineering, safety, legal, medical, racing, or technical advice.
